The $14.3 billion budget in Miami-Dade is now official. The City Commission discussed and debated until about 4 a.m. Friday. According to our news partners at The Miami Herald, bus riders will face cuts to late night service and there will be limited funding for the county’s environmental conservation program. The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office got nearly $1 billion plus an additional $11 million in surplus funds.
