Since early voting was cut from 14 days to 8 days in Florida for this election, hundreds of voters arrived at the Miami-Dade Elections Headquarters early Sunday after learning they would get another opportunity to request, fill out, and submit last-minute absentee ballots.
When Miami-Dade election department workers locked the doors of their Doral headquarters on voters who showed up to vote by absentee ballot on Sunday, anger spread through the line of nearly 200 people and lingered even after voting resumed about an hour later.
