Two People Shot Outside Northeast Dade Strip Club

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Two people were shot early Wednesday morning in the parking lot of a northeast Miami-Dade gentlemen's club.

It happened just after 4 a.m. in the parking lot of the Office Urban Strip Club on Miami Gardens Drive at NE 2nd Avenue.

According to police, it began when a man got into a fight with a security guard at the club.  The man then got in his car, a red Camry, fired several shots and sped off.

The club called the police. An officer went by the club, spoke with the guard and then left.  About 15 minutes later, according to police, the man returned in the Camry accompanied by a second person.  A rifle was pointed out of the window and fired.

A security guard and a dancer were hit.

The security guard was taken to the Ryder Trauma Center with a gunshot wound to the arm.

The woman was driven to Aventura Hospital by an acquaintance.  She was later transferred to the Ryder Trauma Center, suffering from a possible graze to the face.
