LAUDERHILL (CBSMiami) – A woman was shot to death at a Lauderhill condo complex in what police suspect was a domestic dispute.

The shooting happened Monday night around 9 p.m. at the Stonebridge Gardens Condominiums at 2846 NW 55th Avenue.

Lauderhill police said the woman had been shot at least once, her body was found at the bottom of a stairwell.

Simmons was in Lauderhill visiting her niece, according to family members.
