Shaq Joining TNT

MIAMI (CBSMiami.com) – Outspoken former Miami Heat superstar Shaquille O'Neal wasted no time finding a new career after retiring from the NBA. In a move that will make the NBA cringe, Shaq is set to join Charles Barkley and the TNT studio broadcast team, according to Darren Rovell of CNBC.

Shaq, who's also known as the Big Diesel, the Big Aristotle, the Big Shaqtus, and Superman, would likely replace Chris Webber on the studio team. However, TNT hasn't said in what capacity Shaq will be used.

O'Neal retired from professional basketball last month. He played for the Orlando Magic, won three championships with the Los Angeles Lakers, and took the Miami Heat to their only title in 2006.

But, Shaq was also heavily critical of the city and the management of the Heat when he left, so pairing him with Barkley, who took every swipe at the Heat he could in the past year, will be interesting to say the least.
