No Deal In Bieber's Miami Beach DUI Case

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – It appears Justin Bieber won't be taking a plea deal in his Miami Beach DUI case.

According to TMZ.com, their sources connected to the case say a trial is now almost certain.

TMZ.com first reported that prosecutors offered the 19-year old "Biebs" a no contest plea to reckless driving. The catch, however, was that the pop singer had to submit, and pay for, random drug testing for the next six to nine months.

TMZ.com reported that Bieber's camp would agree to any deal that had probationary terms – especially drug testing.

Bieber could be tried for three offenses; DUI, driving with an expired license and resisting arrest. If convicted, he could face up to two and half years in jail.
