Guide To BB&T Center
The BB&T Center hosts more than 100 major entertainment events each year and is home to South Florida's professional hockey team, the Florida Panthers. The massive arena encompasses an area of 72,000 Sq. Ft, making it the second largest in the nation, second only to Chicago's United Center.
Since doors opened back in 1998, the Center has hosted such stars as Madonna, the Eagles, Cher, Barbra Streisand, the Rolling Stones, and President Bill Clinton. The multi-purpose center has also been home to Championship Boxing, Symphony Performances, and Monster Truck Rallies.
