Delicious Deals At Coral Gables Restaurant Week
CORAL GABLES (CBS4)- Forget that summer-body diet and give in to temptation at the 4th Annual Coral Gables Restaurant Week!
Now through the 19th, dozens of restaurants in the city are offering special three course lunch and dinner menus at a discounted price.
For example, at the Gables Dinner, you can start off with a crab cake appetizer, have an almond crusted rainbow trout for your main dish and top it all off with a "Homemade Million-Dollar Carrot Cake", all for $25.
And if that doesn't have you salivating, maybe Red Koi's shrimp in a blanket, sautéed Thai noodles and fried ice cream for $20 will do the trick.
"I've taken a peek at the menus our chefs have created and can say that patrons will have a tough time choosing where to dine," says Mari Gallet, executive director of the Business Improvement District of Coral Gables.
