Coral Gables Boat Warehouse Plan Sinks
CORAL GABLES (CBSMiami) – A nearly two-year battle over a controversial boat warehouse at Matheson Hammock Park and Marina in Coral Gables is over.
Developers had wanted to construct at 5-story boat warehouse and had been given the right to build the 62-thousand square foot facility.
However, CBS4 News has learned the project has been dismissed.
According to the City Attorney for Coral Gables, Craig Leen, the application to complete the approval process was never finished despite numerous requests by the city.
