At Least 6 Injured In Crash In NW Dade

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - At least six people including children were injured in a crash in northwest Miami-Dade County Tuesday afternoon.

The crash happened at the intersection of NW 87th Ave. and Park Boulevard around 4 p.m.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said six patients were taken to the hospital. The group included two children and a female. The other three people injured are adults.

A woman involved in the crash died,  according to Florida Highway Patrol.

Chopper4 was over the scene around 4:45 p.m. as authorities shutdown the intersection. Just before 6 p.m., a roadblock remained.
