Arrest Made In Miami Beach Shooting

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - An arrest has been made in a weekend shooting on Miami Beach.
Haneef Young, 26, was taken into custody late Monday night at his Miami Gardens home.
Saturday night, Young was in a car on 12th Street near Collins Avenue when allegedly fired five shots out of the passenger window at a man on a sidewalk. Young missed his intended target but did hit an innocent bystander in the wrist, according to his arrest report.
A witness told police that Young and the man who intended to shoot had argued earlier in the evening.
After the shooting, Young drove off. He's has been charged with aggravated battery involving a firearm and discharging a firearm from a vehicle.
