Not all log cabins look like they were hand-built by Daniel Boone: Some of them are newly constructed, multimillion-dollar palaces with high-end imported materials, multiple fireplaces, outdoor hot tubs and designated rooms for tasting wine and repairing ski equipment.

If you want to buy property in popular ski towns like Aspen, Colorado, or Park City, Utah, prepare to drop some serious cash: Aspen's current median listing price is about $2.7 million and Park City's is about $1 million, according to Zillow.

Here are 10 log mansions that are currently on the market.
