Travelers from China must test negative for COVID-19 before arriving to US

With hundreds, even thousands, of passengers arriving at LAX each day from China, the L.A. County Health Department has yet to announce this massive undertaking to ensure all travelers from China test negative for COVID-19 before entering the United States. Tom Wait reports.
