State detectives now investigating deadly police shooting South Los Angeles

Los Angeles police shot and killed a man who they believed was armed in South Los Angeles on Friday night. State investigators have not assumed the probe after it was revealed that the man was actually reaching for his cell phone just before they killed him. Mike Rogers reports.
