Pursuit suspects bail on foot near 10 Freeway in Downtown LA

After the front tire of the SUV the suspects were driving was severely damaged by a spike strip, three people got out of the vehicle and started running from police. The pursuit originally started in Orange County and ended in Downtown Los Angeles.
