Mudslides cause significant damage in Sierra Madre neighborhood

The Sierra Madre neighborhood near the Eaton Fire bun scar is under a shelter in place order after mudslides created dangerous conditions. Severe mud and debris flows rushed in overnight during heavy rainfall.
