Malibu mayor blasts reckless drivers along Pacific Coast Highway

Despite a violent crash that killed four Pepperdine students last month, Malibu Mayor Steve Uhring said that many drivers are still driving recklessly fast along Pacific Coast Highway. Lauren Pozen reports.
