Lawmakers announce legislation to fast-track rebuilding, recovery in fire-torn LA

More than two dozen California lawmakers gathered outside the Rose Bowl in Pasadena Thursday, Jan. 16, to announce a series of bills being proposed to speed up rebuilding and recovery efforts in Los Angeles County after devastating wildfires tore through the region.
