LA Mayor Karen Bass on construction update in Palisades Fire zone

This morning, Mayor Bass spoke to reporters outside a burned-down and emptied lot in Pacific Palisades, where the owners received building permits and have begun construction. Mayor Bass also says there are at least 100 other applications moving through the permit process.
