Dozens gather for 50th annual Topanga Days fundraiser
Dozens of people were on hand for the 50th annual Topanga Days fundraiser on Saturday. It just so happened to coincide with the reopening of the Pacific Coast Highway, which had been closed for months due to the damage from the Palisades Fire.
