Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation raises awareness for diseases
Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis affects more than a million people including their families in Southern California alone. The conditions have a major impact on a person’s G.I. tract and the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation is helping raise awareness.
