Rep. Mike Garcia's lead over Democrat Christy Smith widens in race for 27th District

As of Sunday, Garcia has 55% of the votes in his favor while Smith controls 45%, according to the latest numbers released by the Los Angeles County Registrar. Smith released a statement Sunday thanking her supporters, but her campaign tells CBSLA that she has not conceded defeat.
