Carjacking suspect crashes truck carrying portable toilets on PCH in Malibu

A carjacking suspect who stole a truck hauling portable toilets was arrested on Sunday afternoon following a hit-and-run crash on the Pacific Coast Highway In Malibu. Laurie Perez reports.
