Back-to-school backpack giveaway, health event held in Arcadia

At Santa Anita Park Tuesday morning, students lined up for school supplies, haircuts and even health screenings at the annual back-to-school backpack giveaway, organized by the Foothill Unity Center. Rick Montanez reports from Arcadia.
