Authorities chase alleged stolen truck driver through downtown Los Angeles

An alleged stolen vehicle suspect led authorities on a chase from Whittier and into downtown Los Angeles, beginning in a red truck and jumping into another white truck. Eventually, the vehicle came to a stop and abandoned the truck.
