Ariel Cohen, National Weather Service, discusses the Southern California storm

Ariel Cohen said the rain’s impacts are going to continue to get worse, especially in LA County. It will take less rain to create more impacts as the ground becomes saturated into Wednesday afternoon, Cohen said.
