101 Freeway reopens, no explosive found after bomb squad response in DTLA

A federal government building in downtown Los Angeles was evacuated Monday after police received a call about a suspicious package with a possible explosive. Bomb squad investigators responded and the nearby 101 Freeway was shut down, but it turned out to be a false alarm and the freeway was later reopened.
