Expect some warmer and drier weather over the weekend with temperatures peaking on Monday.
A healthy marine layer has developed and that's going to keep the weather Thursday on the cooler side with highs topping out in the upper 70s and low 80s.
After a pretty warm Monday, temperatures are starting to pull back a touch Tuesday. Look for highs in the mid 80s in the basin, and inland temperatures will reach into the 90s.
While it will still be well above average Monday, it will be much cooler than the weekend.
There are several heat advisories and warnings in place Friday through the weekend.
Expect very warm temperatures for valleys and the basin Thursday afternoon.
