Low clouds this morning will clear for hazy sunshine.
A little relief for Tuesday as the on-shore flow has strengthened somewhat bringing us slightly cooler temperatures.
Temperatures will be slightly cooler than yesterday, but still some instability this afternoon could give us a shot at a thunderstorm again.
Still an isolated shower and t-storm chance Thursday, mainly in the mountains and deserts. Otherwise temperatures close to average...but muggy.
This is mostly mid-level moisture and will encourage more cloud cover Wednesday. The cloudy skies will help to cool things down a few degrees.
Partly cloudy skies today with a chance for a shower or thunderstorm from some tropical moisture moving through the area.
An approaching upper level trough was supposed to cool us down, but it doesn't look like we are tapping into that on-shore flow all that much.
Still above average today...but a little cooler. There is a slight chance for an afternoon thunderstorm. More cooling tomorrow. Warming on Sunday.
The high pressure hasn't moved much, so that will leave us with highs in the 100s in our valley cities and into the upper 80s and low 90s for the basin.
Warm weather will still dominate our inland areas for the next couple of days.
The National Weather Service has canceled a Red Flag Warning that was scheduled to be in place through 5 p.m. for Los Angeles County foothills and mountains.
We are anticipating the beginning of a cool down for the next few days.
