Temps hover near average with some clouds, but all in all, it's going to be a nice Monday.
The hot weather continues today and while there is little change from yesterday, temps might drop a degree or two. It will still be uncomfortable with high heat and high humidity.
It will be another hot and humid day across the Southland. Some monsoonal moisture is being pulled into the area. Expect some clouds to filter through the day.
The marine layer has pushed back to the coast and we will see more sunshine today with warmer temperatures. But the real warm up begins tomorrow and lasts through the beginning of next week. Near record breaking heat for valleys.
A cold front has swept through the west coast and some of the marine layer has scoured out a bit. There are still some low clouds that will clear out. Highs will be a little warmer than yesterday, but by tomorrow we start a significant warm up that will last into next week.
Low clouds this morning and daytime highs below average. Slightly warmer tomorrow before a huge dome of high pressure moves into the Southwest, that's going to keep us very warm. Anticipating record breaking heat by the end of the week.

Persistent am low cloud pattern continues this morning. Daytime highs are going to hover in the upper 70s for the LA Basin. Dry gusty winds in our mountains and desert have prompted a fire weather watch that starts tomorrow morning and goes through Thursday morning.
