Sunny, warm weather expected for Easter Sunday weekend
After a few cooler days in Southern California, temperatures should warm up for the Easter Sunday weekend.
The National Weather Service said temperatures will still be a few degrees below average, but they will be higher than the previous days.
Conditions will still be cool and cloudy on Friday with a chance of drizzle and rain in areas like San Gabriel. Forecasters said the warmup will begin Saturday with lower clouds only sticking around for the morning hours.
By Saturday afternoon, the sun will be out, and conditions should remain dry for the remainder of the weekend. The NWS said the warming trend will develop even more for Easter Sunday.
By the beginning of next week, cooler conditions will begin again.
