EAGLE ROCK (CBSLA.com) — Police Thursday searched for a shooting suspect who bailed from his vehicle after leading officers on a pursuit through Los Angeles.

The chase ended on Yosemite Boulevard across the street from Eagle Rock High School, Los Angeles police said.

A preliminary investigation revealed officers responded to a home located near Broadway and Daly for report of a shooting.

Upon their arrival, they located the shooter and a pursuit ensued.

A perimeter has been set up to search for the man, and K-9 officers have been brought to assist with the investigation.
