Man Rams Truck Into Car, Bank, Grocery Store In Whittier Parking Lot
WHITTIER(CBSLA.com) — A driver was hospitalized Wednesday after he ran his truck into a car, bank and grocery store.
The incident happened at the Food 4 Less on Norwalk Boulevard in Whittier, police said.
According to officials, the 43-year-old man first rammed his truck into a parked car and then into the Cititbank building, which was closed at the time.
From there, he drove across the parking lot and through the doors of the Food 4 Less.
The man was taken into custody for a psychiatric evaluation.
No injuries were reported.
