Lindsay Lohan Calls Out Amanda Bynes On Twitter
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Lindsay Lohan is mad Amanda Bynes wasn't arrested after her car was impounded Sunday night when she was pulled over while driving with a suspended license.
Bynes, 26, has two hit-and-run charges, a DUI and a suspended license.
