Diesel Spill From Crashed Semi Truck Causes Closures on Northbound 605 Fwy. In Irwindale
IRWINDALE (CBSLA) — A diesel spill from a collision Thursday afternoon has shut down the northbound 605 Freeway near the Live Oak exit.
A vehicle crashed into the semi truck shortly before 3 p.m., causing the semi's tank to burst and spill diesel fuel in the 2, 3 and 4 lanes of the NB 605.
One lane remained open.
No injuries were reported.
