LONG BEACH (CBSLA.com) — A car crashed into the living room of a Long Beach home after hitting a school bus, but police say there were no serious injuries.

The crash happened at about 7:20 a.m. Tuesday in the 10000 block of Harding Street, near Orange Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The vehicle, reportedly a Camaro, apparently struck a school bus, then crashed into the house, Long Beach police said. Just a few students were on board the school bus, but only very minor injuries were reported, police said.

No one inside the home was injured.

Because the crash involved a school bus, the California Highway Patrol will investigate the crash, Long Beach police said.
