Boost Energy Levels With 'The Power Of Prana'

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Are you feeling tired, emotionally-drained and mentally foggy these days? Breathing a different way for just ten minutes a day could change all of that.

Master Stephen Co and Dr. Eric Robins stopped by KCAL9 Tuesday to talk about the "Nine Energizing Breaths."

Their book, "The Power of Prana: Breathe Your Way to Health and Vitality," features the Nine Energizing Breaths, an exceedingly simple to learn and—until now—rare energy-generating technique based on traditional longevity wisdom from Tibet. This ancient technique has not only been endorsed by many leading doctors and healthcare practitioners, but is increasingly finding its way into modern hospitals, offices and even professional sports locker rooms.

For thousands of years Eastern medicine has used the body's own natural energy or life-force— called prana in India and chi in China—to accelerate the body's own ability to heal and revitalize itself.
