The Spotlight Cafe, 7am

I began with a dream in 2018. My son is graduating and leaving for Fresno State University, as a Drama Theater Major and I thought about what he will do in Modesto when he gets back. So I thought maybe I should open a cafe with a stage. That’s where our name came from The Spotlight Cafe.
