A local business model relying on pop-ups at local markets and events, this is the third weekend Tanghulu Bliss has been a vendor at the Midtown Farmers Market.  The bright and colorful, sweet and crunchy treat is a popular traditional Northern Chinese snack of skewered, bite-sized fruits coated sugary shell.
