During the most wonderful time of the year, Ledgemont Ct. in Folsom becomes the most wonderful place to be. The Folsom cul-de-sac features 12 houses, each decorated with unique themes. The tradition began in 1994, and every new neighbor who moves in inherits the decorations left by previous residents.
