9/11 Flag Tribute
Like many people, a West Sacramento man wanted to honor those we lost on September 11, 2001. So that day he took his flag and waved it from the overpass of his West Sacramento home. His tribute has now grown to 400 American flags and 3000 small American flags, one for each victim, as well as several displays depicting locations where the planes hit.
