10 OZ STEAMED RICE
6 OZ CHICKEN BREAST, Sliced
1 OZ CARROTS, Curls
1 OZ ZUCCHINI, Sliced
1 OZ SNOW PEAS
1 OZ BABY CORN
1 OZ BROCCOLI
1 OZ BABY BOK CHOY
1 OZ GREEN BEANS
1 OZ SHITAKE MUSHROOMS
1/2 OZ GARLIC, Chopped
1 OZ BUTTON MUSHROOMS
1 TSP LIGHT SOY SAUCE
1/2 TSP OYSTER SAUCE
1/2 TSP SESAME OIL
1/4 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP SUGAR
1/6 TSP WHITE PEPPER

PROCEDURE

STEP 1 HEAT WOK AND COOK THE CHICKEN, THEN DRAIN WELL WHILE POACHING VEGGIES IN HOT WATER. STEP 2 SAUTE GARLIC, ADD CHICKEN
STEP 3 DEGLAZE WITH MI CHIU WINE, ADD STOCK
STEP 4 SEASON WITH SALT, SUGAR, CHICKEN BASE, WHITE PEPPER, LIGHT SOY, OYSTER SAUCE AND SESAME OIL.
STEP 5 SERVED OVER RICE, GARNISH WITH CILANTRO.
