NOW 100.5

If you missed the major announcement today...here it is: starting 2/22, at 3pm, I become part of the NOW 100.5 team!  I love Sacramento, and it was radio that brought me up from SoCal all those years ago...and NOW I'm blessed to start my day with my Good Day Sacramento family and the spend afternoon drive with my new family at NOW100.5.  I literally grew up on radio here and no day goes by that I don't bump a person I became friends with via SacTown radio.

This is going to be awesome. There are so many times we start talking about things on Good Day and run out of time.  Now I can take them to afternoons.  And there are so many times that I need to shout out about something cool (Lady Gaga backstage passes...movie tickets, etc.....) that we're going to be doing on Good Day, and now I can talk about these great gets for you on NOW100.5.

I'll be honest.  I feel so lucky just to be  a part of Good Day.   Even luckier to be a part of this awesome radio station.   I now get to participate in Sacramento's first and most respected TV morning show, the cool new, NOW radio station, and  host an Emmy Award winning, Nationally syndicated celebrity interview/movie show (mark@theMovies) that now airs in 22 different countries!

I've been very lucky to be the hack I am, to still be in the game.  I'm very blessed, and looking forward to some good times on the air over the next two years.

If you have not seen it, SacTown magazine's current issue has the best Sandwiches in NorCal...and an article on me.  My apologies to them that I couldn't talk about any of this in that issue.  I did talk about A list celebrities farting.  Don't pass the checkstand without throwing it on your pile o groceries.
