Mimi's Cafe Ham & Swiss Cheese Tartine

Ingredients
1 ea Puff Pastry Sheet, thawed but cold (found in grocer's freezer section)
8-2 oz Slices of Ham
8-1 oz Swiss Cheese Slices
1 ea Egg Yolk
1 TB Water

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Cut puff pastry sheet into 8 equal individual squares
3. Place 1 piece of ham onto the center of each square and 1 Swiss cheese slice over the ham
4. Fold the corners of square toward middle.
5. In a bowl, whisk egg yolk and water together
6. Brush egg mixture onto tartine
7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes
