Good Day Sacramento's 5th Annual Lumpia Competition

It will be on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, the day before Thanksgiving. This has been a fun way for viewers to show off their homemade lumpia!

Let me know if you want to play and are willing to be on Good Day Sacramento. The staff will review all the recipes received. If you are selected, you will get an email confirming you are in the competition. We get sooo many recipes and have to keep it to about a dozen participants. Once selected, you will bring your homemade lumpia (the same as the recipe you submitted), cooked, to the station. Make at least a dozen pieces or more – enough for our judges. Sauces are optional. Lumpia will be judged on taste, texture and appearance of the lumpia alone. Our winner will take home the trophy and have bragging rights for the year!!! The winning recipe will be posted on our website as well so you have to be willing to share it.

You will be contacted IF your recipe is selected. You will get more instructions once we have all competitors. This is live TV – not taped. This is just for fun and not considered a professional contest. Have fun! Tina
