Car Crashes Into Car Parked In Driveway

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A car crashed into a vehicle parked in the driveway of a home in south Sacramento Wednesday morning.

The crash happened on San Bruno Way and Fleming Avenue. Police say two cars were racing at more than 70 mph, when police began chasing the cars. One got away and the other lost control and slammed into a car parked in the driveway of a home, causing it to go through the garage door.

"We were all asleep; I didn't hear any noise. My sister woke me up and said, 'They crashed your car. They crashed your car. And I'm like what?" said a resident at the home.

The driver and passenger of the car ran off.
