Angel Food Banana Nut French Toast

Crisp Catering shared their YUMMY recipe for Angel Food Banana Nut French Toast!!

Banana Nut Angel Food Cake French Toast
1- Angel Food Cake Cut into slices
6 Eggs – Lightly beaten
1 ½ cups heavy cream
¼ cup Half and Half
3 T Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Tsp Bourbon Vanilla
1 T butter for Pan
1 Banana (sliced at last minute)
¼ cup toasted nuts
½ cup of whipped cream
Sliced fruit
Place butter in pan over medium heat

To beaten eggs add cream, Half and Half, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Place sliced angel food cake in mixture to coat.  Place in pan and "toast" on each side until golden brown.

Plate with sliced bananas, toasted nuts and top with whipped cream and fruit
