Two Hurt In Fort Worth Wrong-Way Crash On Hwy 121
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Fort Worth drivers jerked the steering wheel to avoid a wrong-way driver on Highway 121 this morning but one was unable to avoid crashing.
A little before 2:00 a.m. a pick-up was going the wrong way on 121 just east of downtown, forcing drivers to veer out of harm's way. But it was too late for a Cadillac which was struck head-on near Riverside.
Two people were taken to the hospital but the extent of their injuries has not been released. Police expect to charge the pick-up driver with intoxicated assault.
