NOBLE, OK(CBSDFW.COM) - A family in Noble, Oklahoma is thankful they didn't need to use their storm shelter.  It was installed less than a year ago, but because of all the rainfall this area has seen, it popped out of the ground Wednesday morning.

Grace Boudizen says this was supposed to be anchored securely, but apparently it wasn't.

She said it's full of food, water and other emergency supplies, but considers herself lucky she and her loved ones weren't inside when this happened.

"With the wind I feel like it could fling like a semi so I don't want to imagine what would happen if this got flung towards my house," said Bouziden.

Boudizen says she was inspired to get a storm shelter after seeing the tornadoes in Moore a couple years ago.

But now says she and her family have nowhere to go if a tornado strikes here.
