Odom Heading To D-League For Rehab
FRISCO (CBSDFW.COM) - Last Saturday night in the city of Allen, it was T.O. playing arena football for the Allen Wranglers. This Saturday night in the city of Frisco, how about Lamar Odom playing D-League basketball for the Texas Legends?
That's apparently the plan as Odom will miss his 4th straight Mavericks game for personal reasons Friday night.
And to get his legs back, reports are D-League basketball in Frisco is his next destination.
The Mavericks could have used Odom Wednesday night in a loss in Memphis.
Dirk Nowitzki left the game early after tweaking his back in pregame warmups. He says he will play in New Orleans Friday night.
Dirk really has no choice since Odom's gone and the Mavs have lost four of their last five games.
